1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the swcv1 platform – including the website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, and customer support services – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use swcv1.
These terms apply to all members and visitors of swcv1. "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on swcv1. "Platform" refers to the swcv1 website, all associated pages, and any mobile applications provided by swcv1 for Philippine users.
Important: Continued use of swcv1 after any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. swcv1 will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use swcv1, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. swcv1 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any associated funds may be forfeited in line with applicable Philippine regulations.
- You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise be in a jurisdiction where accessing swcv1 is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to determine whether using swcv1 is lawful in your location before accessing the platform.
- You must not be a swcv1 employee, contractor, agent, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from swcv1 or any other gambling platform in the Philippines.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when placing bets or operating an account on swcv1.
swcv1 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Members who provide false information to circumvent eligibility requirements will have their accounts closed and forfeiture of funds may apply.
3. Account Registration
Each eligible person may hold only one swcv1 account. Opening multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. All information must match your government-issued Philippine identification documents.
swcv1 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. swcv1 recommends completing KYC verification shortly after registration to avoid delays when you want to withdraw.
One Account Policy: If swcv1 detects duplicate accounts belonging to the same person, the platform reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close them without prior notice. Any bonuses or promotional credits on duplicate accounts will be voided.
4. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your swcv1 username and password. swcv1 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Never share your login credentials with another person.
swcv1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact swcv1 support immediately via the official support channel.
swcv1 will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email asking for your password. Any such communication claiming to be from swcv1 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team promptly.
5. Deposits
swcv1 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) only. All supported deposit channels – including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard – are detailed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.
Deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name. swcv1 does not accept deposits from accounts held in the name of a third party. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
- Minimum deposit: ₱100 for e-wallet channels; ₱200 for bank transfers and cards.
- Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level and selected payment channel.
- swcv1 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Fees charged by your own bank or e-wallet provider are outside swcv1's control.
- swcv1 funds are held in accounts separate from operational funds. Your deposited balance is ring-fenced.
swcv1 does not offer credit. You may only bet with funds that have been successfully deposited to your account. Negative balances are not permitted.
6. Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time subject to the following conditions. "Available balance" means your total account balance minus any funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements.
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 for e-wallet channels; ₱500 for bank transfers.
- Withdrawals can only be sent to verified accounts registered in your own name. swcv1 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- For first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds, identity verification (KYC) must be completed before processing can begin.
- GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer timelines depend on the chosen channel and may vary.
- swcv1 reserves the right to temporarily delay a withdrawal for security review purposes. In such cases, the member will be contacted within 24 hours.
- All winnings from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 9 before they become withdrawable.
7. Betting Rules
All bets placed on swcv1 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your bet slip carefully before confirming. swcv1 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where swcv1 determines that a clear pricing error occurred.
swcv1 publishes sport-specific betting rules for each major league and competition type. These rules govern how bets are settled in situations including postponed games, abandoned events, team name changes, and player substitutions. It is your responsibility to read the applicable rules before placing a bet.
- Postponed Events: If a sporting event is postponed before starting and does not take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled start, all pre-game bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
- Abandoned Events: If a game is started but abandoned before the minimum required time for settlement, bets will generally be voided unless the applicable sport rules specify otherwise.
- Pricing Errors: swcv1 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by system errors. Affected members will be notified and stakes returned within 24 hours.
- Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to latency between the real-world event and the swcv1 platform. swcv1 will endeavour to settle all live bets using the most accurate available data.
- Maximum Payout: A maximum single-bet payout cap applies per event. Details of current maximums are available in the betting rules section of the platform.
Bet Acceptance: swcv1 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where the platform suspects the integrity of an event has been compromised.
8. Casino and Card Games
swcv1 offers poker, baccarat, blackjack, and other card games governed by the specific rules displayed at each game table. The house edge and return-to-player percentages for all swcv1 casino games are available upon request from the support team.
All swcv1 casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology for non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. swcv1 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of scripting to interact with casino games. Detection of such tools will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.
9. Bonuses and Promotions
swcv1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are detailed on each individual promotion page within the platform.
General bonus terms that apply to all swcv1 promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement) before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on its promotion page.
- Bonuses are for personal use only. swcv1 members may not transfer, sell, or share bonus credits with other accounts.
- Only one welcome bonus per member, household, IP address, or payment method. swcv1 may refuse or revoke a bonus if multiple accounts are detected claiming the same promotion.
- Bonuses have an expiry period stated on their promotion page. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements after expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- swcv1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice to active members.
- Certain games may be excluded from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Always check the game contribution rates on each promotion's terms page.
swcv1 takes bonus abuse seriously. Members found exploiting promotional offers through systematic betting strategies that eliminate or reduce normal betting risk may have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.
10. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on swcv1 and may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the swcv1 platform for money laundering, fraudulent activity, or any form of financial crime.
- Placing bets using insider information about a sporting event, or in coordination with other parties to manipulate outcomes.
- Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with swcv1's betting or gaming systems.
- Abusing the swcv1 support team, including making threatening, discriminatory, or abusive communications.
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute valid transactions in bad faith through your bank or e-wallet provider.
- Accessing swcv1 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law.
11. Account Suspension and Closure
swcv1 may suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false information; and at the request of the member themselves.
If swcv1 suspends your account, you will be notified via your registered email address. Where a legitimate available balance exists and no grounds for forfeiture apply, swcv1 will process a return of funds to your verified payment method after any investigation is concluded.
If you wish to close your own swcv1 account, contact the support team directly. Available balances will be returned to your verified payment account after any pending bets are settled.
12. Responsible Gaming
swcv1 is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools to help members maintain control of their betting activity. The following tools are available to all swcv1 members:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit to your swcv1 account. Increases to limits take 48 hours to take effect; decreases apply immediately.
- Session Reminders: Configure in-session pop-up reminders after a set duration of active play.
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a break of 1 to 30 days. During this period your account remains open but you cannot place bets or make deposits.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from swcv1. A minimum exclusion period of 6 months applies, with permanent self-exclusion also available.

14. Limitation of Liability
swcv1 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous uptime, swcv1 does not warrant that the platform will be free from interruption, errors, or technical issues at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, swcv1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses caused by technical downtime, data breaches, errors in odds, or delayed settlements. swcv1's total liability to any individual member in any given calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member during that same period.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits swcv1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
15. Amendments to These Terms
swcv1 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, swcv1 will notify registered members via their registered email address with reasonable advance notice before the new terms take effect.
The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always accessible on this page with the date of the last update clearly displayed. If you continue to use swcv1 after a revised version takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of swcv1 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the swcv1 platform.
